Access Card issue

Dear All,

In my corporate, we have observed most of the times employees go out of the office for breaks and does not carry their access card to again enter in the premises. Everytime our security guard has to give them access and which should not happen.

Kindly advise how to communicate to employees in a soft tone thru mail.

Dear Shweta

Sometimes, no amount of communication will help. Simply ensure that that doors open and close with access cards only. This will force employees to carry their cards even while going out. Trust this helps. Vinod Gulvady.
