# Calculate new CTC in new wage code

Hi,

I have wage code question. So in the new wage code. How to calculate new CTC?  
A CTC salary calculator would be helpful.

There is no standard definition as CTC in new wage code.

a. Basic (50% of CTC)  
b. HRA (5% to 50% of Basic)  
c. Other Flexible Allowances  
**GROSS** (a+b+c)

d. Employer PF  
e. Employer ESIC  
f. Gratuity  
g. Other Benefits (Insurance Premium, Stat Bonus, etc.)  
**Total Benefits** (d+e+f+g)

**CTC is Gross + Benefits**
