# Can employer be able to update the EPF nomination details on behalf?

1. How many times an employee allowed to change his EPF nomination?
2. Shall we employer update the nomination details on his behalf?

There is no such limitation as such, as of now.

Regarding to employer updating the nomination - No! Not advisable though. But you can collect manually such information from employees and do this on-behalf of them in places where UAN activation or access to system by employees are not possible.
