# Can we employ a person above 60 years?

Dear Team,

Request you to please advise if we can we employ a person above 60 years?  
What are the things to be followed as per the Labour Law?

There is no specific rule which restricts employing a senior citizen for work.  
But, you may not be able to provide them retiral benefits like PF.
