# ESIC applicability in Gujarat

Hello,

Can someone help me what is the last date of registration under ESIC , Gujarat (Valsad District)

Hi Payal,

The employer have to register within 15 days after the ESI Act becomes applicable.  
_(As per Section 2A of the ESI Act read with Regulation 10-B, to register the Factory/ Establishment under the ESI Act within 15 days from the date of its applicability to them_).
