I’ve used GreytHR’s mobile app for remote attendance tracking—it works well with features like geofencing and location-based check-ins. Employees are human beings, not machines. Tracking upto a limit is required otherwises attrition rate of that company will be higher. Greythr’s geofencing is sufficient to know the location, where the employee is. Secondly, if any employee will not be working then how will the results come? That is why IT companies give work and the deadline, not the schedule, when the employee should be working and keep on watching. ---
