actually all leave divided by per year. suppose 10 cl than 365/10=36.5=1 cl. if any employee have been not taken any leave in last 4 months than you can give 4 cl in any month. in my factory cl-10,sl-8 & El-16/18. this is my factory rules.

As per law ( Shops & est act , Factories act) for every 20 days of working one Earned leave has to allow,remaining leaves you may allow as per your company policy.
