❌ **Myth:** We just need to fill the role quickly.  
✅ **Truth:** One wrong hire can cost more than waiting for the right one.

Bad hiring = lost productivity + culture mismatch + rehiring costs.

💡 Speed is good, but alignment is better. Invest in the process.
