We are looking for this info-

**Is there a common checklist on the proofs that need to be submitted by the employee to the employer and under which section?**

A list would be very helpful.

| Fixed Deposit in a Scheduled Bank | - FD Certificate |

| Unit Linked Insurance Plan (ULIP) | - Copy of the Investment certificate / receipt for the current financial year. |
| Mutual Fund/ELSS | - Copy of the Investment certificate / receipt for the current financial year. |

| Infrastructure Bonds | - Copy of the Bond / Certificate showing allotment made. |

| Children Tuition Fees | Fees Paid receipt for FY 2020-21 |

| Pension Policy (80CCC) | Certificate evidencing payments to pension funds and its eligibility for a deduction under this section during the current financial year. |

**For House Rent :**

**Documents / Information**

Rental Agreement or evidence for residing at the property  
(Gas connection, EB Bill or Landline bill).

Original Rent Receipts (Either consolidated or month wise  
rent receipt) pertaining to current  
financial year

Rent Receipt MUST contain

- Rent paid for the period
- Name and signature of landlord
- Complete address of the property
- Address of the landlord
- PAN of Landlord in case monthly rent is \> Rs.8,333/-

**For Housing Loan**

Latest Provisional Loan certificate from the bank for  
the current financial year with below information

(a) Interest Paid/Payable (b) Name of the Lender ©  
Address of the Lender (d) PAN of the Lender  
(Optional)  
Joint owner declaration in case of Joint loan  
Possession Letter from Builder(Self declaration) /  
Completion certificate from Municipal authority required.
