Google may say anything but we have to follow what our regulatory/statutory authority declares. Every state has declared a list of holidays, restricted holidays, and certain holidays that apply to certain parts of its state - employers have to go through all the pages and see if there are some festivals for which multiple dates are declared as holidays - secondly if there are any changes on an already declared holiday, the state will notify further about the revisions if any

Form V - List of National and Festival holidays to be uploaded online.
Previously there was an consultant who registered the details but he is not given any login details for the website.
Even need to know how to recover user Id and password in “https://labour.tn.gov.in/services/users/login”

The employer has to go by Section 5 of THE TAMIL NADU INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS (NATIONAL AND FESTIVAL HOLIDAYS) RULES, 1959.
For the USER ID they have to check their records and get it
Password is not an issue if they go for the “forgot password” option
Else as a last resort, they have to check with the authority POC and create a fresh ID.
