# New wage code 2022

We received a mail from greytip regarding new wage code implantation from 1st july 22 onwards. Can any one please share us official notification?

Not sure which mail communication you are referring to. It can be some interaction from community.

> The parliament has passed the codes, but as labour is a subject in the Concurrent List of the Constitution, the states need to notify the rules under the new codes. So far official circulars from the center or states are not released. So launching it on 1 July can be a remote possibility.

Once the official circular is out, definitely you will see further updates in this community as well.
