**Will employer have to deposit the dues of PF from the time the company has been established or from date since he has taken the registration?**

EPF and ESI considers the date when your organization became coverable under respective social security organizations. If it is delayed for registration, recommend to kick start the process to get enrolled as complications are plenty and it is not just limited to fines.

From the time when the employer is liable for PF and ESI. If the registration is done late, the establishment has to pay arrears with interest and penalty.
