Professional tax and overtime. Please guide me. Is overtime included in professional tax? & how it calculates overtime? Regards

Hi Gangaram,

Professional Tax is computed based on the slab of salary or wages or both as specified in the Schedule of the respective State’s Professional Tax Act.

You have to refer to the Schedule and definition of wages in the PT Act.
