ESIC vide notification No. N-12/13/01/2019-P&D. has notified relaxation of the condition of submitting a claim for relief under the Atal Beemit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana scheme.

As per the amendment claims through affidavit forms are no longer required under Atal Beemit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana (ABVKY) of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).

Kindly refer the notification for more details.

Effective from 4 January 2021.
