Establishments under special economic zones(SEZs) are having any exmption in PF and ESIC ?Please guide with process?

Hi Sagar,
The Factories and Establishments in SEZ are governed by the SEZ Act and Rules.
However, still such factories and establishments, if falls within the prescribed slab of PF Act and are in the areas notified under the ESI Act, they should comply with them.
