# The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 This Act is to regulate the employment of contract labour in certain establishments, provide for abolition of contract labour in certain circumstances, and for other connected matters.Central and State Rules are made to ensure effective administration and monitoring of the Act.
