# Two companies made debut on the exchanges today ! 🍘

It is an exciting day for India’s startup ecosystem.

Two companies—Unicommerce eSolutions and FirstCry parent Brainbees Solutions—will debut on the exchanges today.

While both startups have generated market buzz, SaaS platform [Unicommerce](https://api-esp-ap.piano.io/-c/161/30621/393539/10875769/213447/c4890c651c870a3ada522347d30bab67/-1/-1?attrs=0&order=0) is expected to launch with a staggering premium of [over 60%](https://api-esp-ap.piano.io/-c/161/30621/393539/10875769/213447/5ecd6e95b9e41cdf8f0196c017be207d/-1/-1?attrs=0&order=1) based on its grey market prices.

Moving on, the newly listed Ola Electric Mobility was locked in the [20% upper circuit](https://api-esp-ap.piano.io/-c/161/30621/393539/10875769/213447/aa9e1baeae364efe1b4822dda63c2835/-1/-1?attrs=0&order=2) at Rs 109.41 for the second straight day on Monday.

In other news, Bharti Enterprises’ international arm is buying a 24.5% stake in BT Group. The transaction, valued at about $4 billion, will make the Sunil Bharti Mittal-led company the largest shareholder in the British telecom giant.
