The 3 key things to build a successful L&D framework is clarity in terms of the goals of the organization, the need for the learning subjects/topics and a governance framework
The importance of L&D strategy is to gear up for to meet the short term and long-term goals of the organization with apt productivity of manpower. Human Capital is the most significant part of the investment to make good in any business and hence, L&D becomes crucial as it helps in terms of meeting the org goals.
An alignment in terms of short term and long-term business goals, Ownership and accountability assigning between content and delivery teams, design the stages of development and monitoring of same, through governance, Integrate L&D activities into HR processes.
Understanding of the demand, supply proposition basis past analytics and design the retail strategy, Promotional initiatives, maximize exposure with product promotion, advertise in terms of the reachability, ecommerce connect, social media promotions.
L&D is to be looked an investment and this investment is to have better human capital by virtue of learning and development which shall eventually help to meet short term and long team goals of the organization on a consistent note. This is the most important differentiator between organizations and growing organizations. You cannot just hire and grow, you need sustainability, and it comes from L&D.
