HEY Folks, I AM RECENTLY HIRED AS AN HR MANAGER IN A COMPANY WHO IS YET TO HAVE PROFESSIONAL HR PROCESS IN PLACE. I HAVE BEEN ALLOTTED TO CEMENT FACTORY WHERE 3SHIFTS ARE IN PLACE. FIRST SHIFT EMPLYEES AND GENERAL AND SHIFT 1 OF 9AM-5PM ,SHIFT B 5PM-1AM AND SHIFT C 1AM-9AM. TH E BIOMETRIC ATTENDANCE IS IN ACCURATE AND I HAVE TO DESIGN A SYSTEM BUT BEING AA FRESHER I AM VERY CONFUSED ,TRIED ALL IDEAS BUT DIDNT WORK .NOW ALSO CONFUSED IF I CAME ACROSS THIS SOFTWARE ,HOW CAN IT HELP WHEN ATTENDANCE IS NOT CORRECT.
