Just like everyone else, employees hate uncertainties and doubts, which is why you should have an open-management and a lead transparent business. Keep your employees updated and in the loop with the company’s on-going as that will increase their loyalty and productivity.

Our GM makes it a point that during the year end event that we normally have, he does a report to the whole team, he shows details on what happened during the year and what are we looking forward for the next year - by this employees will feel secured that management has a concreate plan for the future.

Same here in our co. as well. Our management believes in open communication so that everyone feels connected and contributed.

That’s a great initiative by your GM! It’s important for employees to have a clear understanding of the company’s plans and goals for the future, especially during times of uncertainty.

In our organization, the company goals / objectives are mentioned in the beginning of the financial year for all. based on that each dept and individual makes their/individual goas linked to the company goals/objectives.
which in turn is linked to the PMS.
also the company has started involving the whole staff in ideas based for strategic planning and discussion
