Best way to archive OLM emails for long-term storage?

If your goal is long-term storage, you probably don’t want your emails locked inside an OLM file forever. I was looking for a way to archive my Outlook for Mac data in a format that’s easy to access later, even without email software. I used CloudXena OLM Converter for this, and it worked pretty well. It lets you convert OLM files into multiple file formats like PDF, HTML, TXT, PNG, and even PST or EML, depending on your needs. For archiving, I found PDF and PNG formats useful because they’re easy to open anywhere and don’t require any email client. But if you want flexibility, formats like PST or EML are better. It also supports exporting or migrating emails directly into email clients like Gmail, Office 365, Yahoo, and IMAP, which can act as a cloud backup. Another helpful feature is selective conversion—you can archive emails based on date range or folders instead of exporting everything. Overall, if you want a reliable way to archive OLM emails, converting them into stable file formats or storing them in secure email clients is the way to go. Just make sure whatever method you use preserves data integrity.
