Can employee claim both HRA and home loan tax benefits? if so how?

Hi @Sandeep_G,

Yes, an employee can claim both HRA and Home loan benefits, in the below scenario.

  • He has to stay in a rented house.
  • Give his property for rent and show that rental income and adjust it with the Interest paid.
