we didn’t release IT declaration in Apr-22,we are planning to release in May-2022.but tax is deducting to all employees. How to over ride this. Total liability should calculate in 11 months May-22 -Mar-23.

Please use Income tax override and make everyone zero. Then it will compute the tax to be deducted in 11 months.

If you release it today, when is your salary payment on 7th. If it is 7th it will be ok, else it will be difficult to compute and confirm before salary release.

Yes you can release now in May and month on month for the new joinees only you release the declaration portal. Once in a year either in Feb or in March you can release the Proof of Investment tab for them to submit the proof.

Yes you can do so or for the current month you need not deduct since it is a first month and can be adjusted from May

Last months TDS can be used as an estimate but it should be recomputed more accurately in May.

Only for this month you can take time for computation. Release it today and make sure employees complete the activities by EOD.
Inform employees that salary will be delayed only for this month.
