IF Company converted from LLP type to Private Limited in Mid of Financial year , then Employee will get separate FORM 16 for Both LLP & Pvt LTd ? or How this adjustment will work ?
No… employee will be getting only oneForm 16… Change in company type will not have any impact
But both the entities will be having the different TAN numbers then scenario cane be as below
1.Employee can ask HR to update previous employer Income so his income related to earlier company will be added in new companies income .
2.He can furnished that income while preparation of ITR return
