Fusion CX Launches New Facility In Chennai, To Hire 500 Employees!

Strengthening its expansion in the Indian market, Fusion CX, a global leader in business process management (BPM) and customer experience (CX) solutions, today announced its entry into the South India market with the inauguration of its first facility in Chennai. With a commitment to enhancing service delivery and boosting employment opportunities in the region, the company has opened a 350-seater facility that can house 650 employees in two shifts. Sprawled across 12,000 sq. ft, the new facility is in Ambattur.

The company has already recruited 150 regional employees as part of this move. It plans to hire 500 more by mid-June, elevating its overall workforce in India beyond the 10,000-employee mark by June.
