Hello all,

We’re handling an increasing number of remote IT staff at various locations in India. Manual processing of exit formalities such as final payments, asset returns, and exit interviews is time-consuming and sometimes uneven.

We’re searching for a way to automate the exit procedure using workflows or tools within platforms like GreytHR.

Particularly, we’d like to ask:
Can we automate tasks automatically (e.g., inform finance, cancel access, gather feedback)?
How do we monitor asset handovers and full & final settlements electronically?
Is there a standard process or template for managing exits remotely?
