Some of my vCard contacts have the same phone number or email ID appearing more than once in a single contact. I want to clean these repeated fields without changing the rest of the contact details.

Repeated phone numbers and email IDs inside a VCF file need careful checking. Do not delete the full contact unless the whole entry is repeated. Many times, the contact is correct, but the same mobile number or email field is added twice because of iCloud sync, Android restore, Outlook export, or old phone backup.
The better method is to clean duplicate fields instead of removing complete contact records.
