I have been exploring ways to modernize our HR processes & want to hear your thoughts or experiences. We are using greytHR for most of our day-to-day tasks such as payroll, attendance & employee data management—which works great But I want to know if anyone here has experimented with integrating AI-based tools or features alongside greytHR?
Has anyone tried using AI chatbots for internal HR queries or maybe predictive analytics for hiring or retention? I am trying to get a better understanding of what is practical vs. what’s just hype.
Also, on a slightly related note, I stumbled across a Gen AI Course that dives into how AI is reshaping different industries, including HR. It got me thinking: Are we heading towards a more AI-driven HR ecosystem sooner than we think?
