Hello,

I run an online edtech company and we want to hire teachers from Eastern European Countries and from countries like Brazil to teach classes to students.

What are our options to hire these people as contractors and what is the technicality involved related to hiring and payroll compliance.

If you can give some guidance based on prior experience, it would be really helpful.
