[Introducing-Expert] Dr. Harry CD -A Master HR strategist

We are thrilled to introduce Dr. Harry Charles Devasagayam. He is one of the most respected HR strategist in our times, a thinker, a coach, a motivator, a leader with strong business and management skills.

He is an accomplished Human Resource Practitioner who has served multinational corporations in various capacities which include Global Vice President of Human Resources to Director of Human Resources.

His humble beginnings from being born in a agriculturist family didnt stop him from achieving inspiring heights. Dr. Harry holds two PhD degrees from IIM Ahmedabad along with many other accomplishments. He holds a bachelors degree in Psychology & Philosophy and Masters degree in Social Work (PM & IR) from reputed Indian Universities. He is a fellow of Academy of HRD-IIMA and has also secured his PhD from Calorx Teachers University-Ahmedabad.

He is credited with providing leadership coaching and counselling to more than 15000 middle and senior professionals. His Management and Leadership Development Programmes (MDP) are highly appreciated across the globe.

Currently he focusses time on providing overall strategic direction, oversight and leadership to the organization’s human resources activities from over 25 years (in MNCs in India, APAC, Middle East and Korean region).

He oversees the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs and services, including legal compliance, employee benefits, employee engagement, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications, payroll, capability and competency building, training and developing people for high performance, knowledge café and merger related activities.
