[Introducing-Expert] Renu Bohra

We are delighted to announce that Ms. Renu Bohra will be joining our community as an expert to provide insightful guidance on various aspects of Human Resource Management.

Ms. Renu Bohra is a seasoned HR leader currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of DB Schenker for India and Indian Subcontinent.

She has over 28 years of rich experience in the field of Human Resources, mainly in the fields of HR Strategy, Learning & Development, Talent Management, OD, Employee Communication, Talent Acquisition, CSR and Labor Compliance. Prior to working with DB Schenker, she worked in organizations like Blue Star Limited, BALCO and NALCO.

Ms. Bohra is an alumna of IIT Roorkee and has done executive courses from IIM-C and IIM-A. She is a trained Executive coach in brain-based coaching. She is also a certified counsellor as well as a certified OD Practitioner from ISABS.

With this array of skills, she has garnered, Ms. Bohra works with a unique combination of horizon scanning and future state planning ability along with innate ability of building strategies for the most complex and tactical issues that arise.

She is passionate about the people she leads and works closely with them to build a culture of excellence.
