I want to know that in FY if any woman employee avail Maternity leave benefit so will she be eligible for Earned Leave for particular year for the remaining six months or not?
As per my knowledge, she is eligible for all the leaves. CL,SL, EL are supposed to get credited while she is on Maternity leave as per the rule. She can combine those leaves if she needed extra except CL. She is eligible for all the other benefits also while in maternity.
