We are on a mission to make an impact by opening doors to jobs and reducing barriers to employment by partnering with NGOs and skill development organizations, especially those who work with less-privileged communities at the grassroots level. Till now, we have hired more than 600 employees across our restaurants, and for Rajasthan, we are inviting local NGO partnerships across Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, and Ajmer, where we plan to fast-track the hiring under the McDonald’s For Youth Program. Our unwavering focus on North & East India serves as a testament to our commitment to presenting equal opportunities to less-privileged communities and providing them with a platform to harness their potential to the fullest.”
With a mission to generate meaningful employment and provide skilling opportunities to those from less-privileged backgrounds, McDonald’s is contributing to the region’s economic development by creating jobs, providing world-class training opportunities, and best-in-class employee experience. The skills people learn while working with McDonald’s such as responsibility, efficiency, teamwork, and responsiveness – to mention a few, later become the key to a brighter future.
