Hi,

For employees who has opted for ‘New Tax Regime’, What is the process of collecting the investment proof? Required?

Since there is are no exemptions allowed under the New Tax Regime, the employer need not collect any document for the investment proofs.

True agree with @amiths under the new tax regime there are no documents/proof required as such.

Also the option for employees to switch from old to new or new to old is also not there. So proofs are not required to be collected.
