Hi team,

What can be suggested for employee who has joined the new company but not able to get the previous form 16? is there a way to get it online?

You cannot get Form 16 of previous company, but you can details of Total Income and Tax deducted amounts from 26AS

You can get the provisional From 16 certificate from Traces. This information will be picked based on the ETDS returns filed by the Employer.

User can register here and download the Provisional Form 16.
