What are the perquisites (newer or existing) offered during the covid times? The general feedback is a few of previous perks are not useful in covid times.

Working desks and ergonomic chairs, broadband internet subscriptions, gym memberships, books and periodicals reimbursement,
A few employers have gone to the extent of providing baby-sitting reimbursements in lieu of the crèche facility.

Sharing a few that I’m aware of, on top of what @Ankit has shared.
- Chair and Laptop reimbursement with an upper cap limit fixed.
- Hospitalisation charges / Increased coverage limit in health insurance card
- Paid leaves if self/family is affected due to COVID… etc are some in addition
