Yes, you were right. some clarity here:
“For individuals with business income, switching between the old tax regime and the new tax regime is not allowed. That means, if you choose a new tax regime for this financial year, you cannot switch back to the old tax regime in the coming financial years.”

Yes True every Salaried individual tax payers can switch between Old and New regime every year. But Individuals with own business can’t change.
