I’m currently doing market research while building a conversation-led employee insight platform and I’d genuinely love to learn from this community.
A few questions I am trying to understand from an HR lens:
How do employees usually share feedback today-surveys, tools, conversations?
Even when feedback is anonymous, do you feel it reflects what Employees really feel?
What feels hardest to capture: honesty, emotions, early risks, or actionable insights?
This is not a sales post- I am here to listen and learn while shaping the product responsibly.
