Hi,

  1. Should standard deduction component be mandatory mentioned when build a pay structure?
  2. If not mentioned in structure, availing tax exemption is differently?

Standard Deduction will not be part of the pay structure.
It is used in Tax calculations, it will not impact the pay structure in any way.
