What are the Most Important Onboarding Policies and Forms for a company that has to be shared with an employee in the Onboarding process?

Hi Sangeetha,

In terms of the policy documents we share the following:

  1. Induction kit (Containing the detail processes and procedures to be followed, whom to contact for what etc.)
  2. Data Confidentiality Policy
  3. Leaves Policy
  4. Work from Home Policy
  5. Employee Separation Policy
  6. Technical checklist (For using company software, internal drive etc.)

We give the employee 1 day to go through these policies and convey their acceptance.
