Does WFH allowance comes under taxable income?

anything paid to employee under the sun is taxable other wise reimbursement.

If it’s being made as a part of salary - Yes! it will be taxable.

But if they are in the form of reimbursements like chairs - Tables etc, it’s not a part of the IT calc. for employee.

So it completely depends on the way in which these allowances are to be designed in your company
