Hi Ramesh,

As per the Income tax Act,It is mandatory to fill the Income tax returns in India if your gross total income after exemptions exceeds Rs. 2,50,000 in the financial year.

i.,e Individuals who earn taxable income or income that is above the exemption limit, it is mandatory for them to file Income Tax Return in India.
