A diverse and inclusive organization always standout in the marketplace. When DEIB is a culture of an organization it attracts people from all walks of life and that is a key for organization success. A talent magnet organization is always at the forefront of innovation and providing appropriate service/solution to the end customers. Manager shall promote the culture of DEIB through action and reward those who participate actively in promoting the same. Manager is a key bridge between the strategy and implementation of DEIB.

Great questions, HR has to demonstrate why an organization shall embark on DEIB journey. Prepare case studies, demonstrate the benefits from an organization point of view, business impact, financial detailing. A pilot would definitely help to convince the management. All stakeholders shall align otherwise it will not succeed.

In strategizing and implementing the DEIB in the organization, the leader must lead from the front. He serves as a role model and the initiative’s flagbearer. He must walk the walk, promote, exhibit, and rally everyone behind this initiative.

The DEIB initiates workplace is one that is open to talent regardless of age, gender, race, religion, belief, or social status. Where an individual is respected and regarded for his talent and who he/she is.
