This is absolutely amazing and trust me the learning effect and retainability scope will be much more than the traditional one.

This is same like stated in the previous question, we need to make an effort to understand the KRA’s and the KPI’s, then analyze the gaps, find the area of improvement, look and build the framework of learning and then transform them into games leading gamified version of learning and ensure it is built in your digital gamified learning tool. Very interesting question Manjunath, appreciate it. See all this while I am harping about usage of technology, digitalization etc., finally what is important is the effectiveness, effectiveness come from usage and hence, we need to ensure that what we develop or implement is easy to work, understand etc., there upon it is adoption (through multiple policy of carrot and stick) with regards to timeline and then spend time to further enhance the program.

Scoring technology in the gamified version of learning is the answer to this, that should be linked to the desirable outcome which we have set as the goal to achieve.
