80D Health Check up

I have a query on POI u/s 80D Health Check up of Rs 5000/-.

Can we consider the receipt for exemption if it is paid by cash.

Yes, but Receipt from proper Lab should be there.

It is immaterial whether it is paid by cash or any other mode… basically there should be a receipt mentioning the payment is only for health check up.
