Can employer pay EPF on full salary for few employees & on 15k for other employees or it should be uniform for all employees ?

Hi Gowri,

The EPF contribution has to be the prescribed percent of the basic wages, dearness allowance and the retaining allowance if any for the time being payable to each of the employees.
