Hi,

How new wage code will impact contractor and contract employee?

Hi @RamyaV

Wage code as such has some changes with respect to the contributions to be made to PF and accordingly aligning the Salary Structure.

The things I predict might change are:

  1. CTC Structure
  2. Contractor remitting PF amount for his/her employees.

So both the principle employer and the contractor employer need to mutually close this.

But we will wait for the draft to come.
