Employee covid-19 vaccination reimbursement

I read this post, wanted to know more information.

If the employee pays and gets vaccinated for herself/family , will the employer reimburse the cost? Will that be taxed?

Anyone has some details on this.

I don’t think it’s taxable. You can actually do that post submission of necessary records by the employee.

Since it’s a new one do consult your CA or advisor on the proof collection to avoid problems at the time of auditing.
