Yes, the Employer’s contribution to Provident Fund (PF) is exempt from tax under the New Tax Regime (Section 115BAC).

The employer’s contribution to EPF, NPS, and superannuation fund combined is exempt from tax up to Rs. 7.5 lakh per financial year.
