Need suggestion. What is the best way to approach the new wage code-
Should we currently maintain our salary components as per new wage code from now only? Or should we wait for the code implementation by govt.?
Any suggestion would add more clarity.

Since the new wage code implementation is postponed for now by the central govt., the general view from the industry experts on this question is to be prepared better by making changes and align the components to the newer wage code to avoid last minute changes when it might need to be implemented in the middle of the year.
Ofcourse we will need to hear more on this to be more clear
